About This Scheme

This Scheme, named "Save Max Gold Coin Scheme," (hereinafter referred as "Save Max Policy/Scheme" or "Scheme") explains the important aspects of the Save Max Gold Coin Scheme. This Scheme is specifically crafted for customers of Save Max Real Estate Brokerage Private Limited ("Save Max" or the "Company") who have successfully purchased either commercial or residential properties through Save Max.

Scheme Terms & Conditions

Duration: The offer is valid for 3 months, starting from 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2023.

Eligibility: The Scheme is a PAN India offering, and to participate, you must meet the following criteria:

• Purchase a property through Save Max Real Estate Brokerage Private Limited within the duration of this scheme as mentioned hereinabove.
• Fulfill the exit clause of the concern builder by making a payment of at least 10% of the total consideration of the property and/or sign the builder-buyer agreement within the offer period.

Important Terms

Eligible Customer: A customer becomes eligible when they purchase a property from the Company/Save Max.

Qualified Customer: An eligible customer will be considered a qualified customer only when they have made a payment of at least 10% of the total consideration of the property and/or signed the Builder-Buyer agreement.

Lucky Draw Winner: From all the qualified customers, the Company will conduct a lucky draw to select the lucky draw winner. The winner will be notified by the Company through email on their registered email ID. The gift/prize under this scheme will be awarded to the winner, contingent upon the clearance of any outstanding payments owed by the Company to the concerned builder.

Lucky Winners

We will have a total of 6 lucky winners during the offer period, with 2 lucky winners selected each month.

How to Participate

• Contact Save Max Real Estate Brokerage Private Limited and explore our extensive range of properties.
• Find your dream property and complete the purchase with us.
• Fulfil the exit clause of the builder or sign the builder-buyer agreement within the offer period.
• That's it! You are now eligible to participate in our lucky draw.

The Prizes

2 Lucky Winners will be chosen each month during the offer period, to receive a 5gm Gold Coin, adding a touch of prosperity to your celebrations.

Terms & Conditions

• This offer is exclusively available for purchases made through Save Max Real Estate Brokerage Private Limited on or after 1st October 2023.
• Winners will be selected through a lucky draw at the end of each month during the offer period. Two qualified lucky winners will be selected for the purpose of awarding the prizes as mentioned above.
• The offer is valid only for purchases that meet the exit clause of the builder or sign the builder-buyer agreement. In the event of a booking cancellation at any stage of purchase of property, any gift offered/communicated/claim shall be withdrawn, and the customer shall be disqualified from this scheme.
• To claim your gold coin, Save Max Real Estate Brokerage Private Limited must receive clearance from the builder regarding the customer's payment conditions.
• Winners will be notified by Save Max officially on registered email id and after meeting the conditions, lucky winner can collect their gold coin from our office.
• Save Max reserves the right to make changes to the offer or the terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
• Any violations of this scheme, including attempts at fraudulent or unethical referrals, may results in disqualification from the scheme.

We wish to inform you that the actual delivery of the mentioned gift may experience delay and same might not be presented to concern lucky draw winners during the continuation of offer as it is subject to receipt of our pending monetary clearance from the respective builder concerning the receipt of the outstanding payment.

By participating in this scheme, all Save Max customers agree to and are bound by the scheme Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the scheme Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the scheme and shall not be subject to any gifts under this scheme.
